DS320PR1601RSCEVM: The problem with DS320PR1601 32-CHANNEL PCIE 5.0 DS320PR1601 Re-Driver Interface Evaluation Board

Part Number: DS320PR1601RSCEVM
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: USB2ANY, DS320PR1601

Hi, technical support team!

When connecting the DS320PR1601RSC-EVM Re-Driver to the debug board, I encountered an issue:
SigCon Architect 3.2 software does not recognize the Re-Driver and returns an error (Figure 1).
Connection to the evaluation board is performed in accordance with the snlu300a_DS320PR1601RSC-EVM User's Guide

Below we attach a photo of the jumpers located on the board (Figure 2):

The software with the USB2ANY adapter works correctly in terms of the I2C protocol (physically, polling is present on the I2C bus). LabView Run-Time Engine 2016 is installed for SigCon operation.

We also attach an I2C trace (Figure 3) captured after pressing the AutoDetect button in SigCon. It shows that the redriver responds (Acknowledge is present for the specified I2C addresses).

Please tell me what could be the reason why the Re-Driver is not detected?

Thank you!
