TCAN1146-Q1: About TCAN1146 current in Sleep mode and bus active

Hi,team:

The following figure is from the TCAN114x datasheet:

I use a DC power supply to output 12V to VSUP while displaying the current value.

I set the MODE_CNTRL to 0x01 that is Sleep mode and selective wake is disable, but the current value measured from VSUP is approximately 400uA, not the TYP 25uA shown in the above figure. What's the reason?

Hi Fed,

Since the current is 400uA, this still indicates that selective wake is enabled. Is there anything else on the VSUP line drawing current besides the transceiver?

Is the CAN bus active when you measured 400uA? If the current is still 400uA while the CAN bus is not active, then this indicates that something else is drawing current.
