TUSB216: TUSB216 Do not work

Could you help to check whehter the newest TUSB216EVM could work normally?

My customer find that in the newest TUSB216EVM, the TUSB216 IC could not work normally recently. 

And the issue followed the IC. (Under room temperature)

But TUSB216I could work normally.

 

TUSB216 in EVM, Fail;

TUSB216 in Customer board, Fail;

TUSB216I in EVM, Pass;

TUSB216I in customer board, Pass.
