hi expert,

my customer use PC-949-948 to do the bring up.

now 948 pattern is oK, 949 pattern is OK, but PC Send the end to end video have abnormal screen issue.

    Hi Colt,

    Thanks for sharing these details.

    Can you confirm if you are using the EVMs for these devices?

    Can you try using the ALP tool to manually program the video resolution before using the EDID settings?

    Enter the timings above and select Timing Source to be External. If there is a misalignment between the input timing and expected timing, we should see errors in this case. 

    Please try both External and Internal w/Ext. clock settings for the Timing Source
