ONET1130EC: Next-generation transceivers

My customer need a transceivers which have SPEC:

1. Package size ≤ QFN28;
2.Supports 12.5 Gbps at a rate
3.Single transmit, single receive

Looks like we support up to 11.7Gbps right. Is there a suitable solution for my customer, the application is medical endoscopes. Thank you very much.

My customer need Isolate the high speed data. So they want check the fiber.

Yes , We need optical transceivers. Do we have some suggestion?
