Hello guys,
One of my customers uses PCA82C251T(NXP) for their mass-production.
I recommended them to use SN65HVD251DR(TI Industrial CAN Bus Transceiver ) instead of PCA82C251T.
But this SN65HVD251DR is old and expensive device.
So I want to recommend to use TCAN1044A-Q1 instead of SN65HVD251DR for their next new products.
At this moment, I have the following questions.
Could you please give me your reply?
Q1.
Can TCAN1044A-Q1 be used for SN65HVD251 replacing with?
Q2.
Is there any caution point to replace SN65HVD251DR with TCAN1044A-Q1?
Also is any additional device needed for the replacement?
