My customer has question about alternative for TCAN1043ADYYRQ1 (SOT-23-THIN (DYY) | 14), do you know about a footprint and pin2pin compatible device without INH?

Hi Muwei,

The 14 Pin can transceivers come with the INH feature and would recommend a 8 PIN option (TCAN1044A-Q1 for example) or choose to leave the INH pin unsed with a 100k pull-down, thanks.

Hi Michael,

Thank you for your response.

It seems customer need to disable the remote wake-up of one CAN channel, where they currently use the TCAN1043A (14pin).
Since they only want to disable the INH and still keep the diagnostics (nFault), the only option is to leave INH of the TCAN1043A unused with 100k pull-down, is it correct?
