Part Number: DS90UB635-Q1

The FPD Channel specifications from TI includes PCB Budget, Coax Cable assembly budget and Total Channel requirement. My query is that the connector mounted on PCB for FPD is a part of PCB Budget or Coax Cable assembly budget ?
