SN65DP159: Power-up sequencing requirement between VCC and VDD

Hi,

We have the following question about SN65DP159RSBT.

Question details:
In the datasheet, there is the description shown in the attached image.
From the figure, it looks like it can be read that within 200us from when VCC or VDD becomes stable, VDD or VCC must become stable.

Considering the timing of DC/DC soft-start and the influence of capacitor values, 200us is very strict.

Could you please confirm whether it is necessary to complete the ramp-up of VCC/VDD within 200us for this timing requirement?

    There is a note in the datasheet that "Keeping OE low until VDD and VCC become stable avoids any timing requirements as shown in Figure 22". So as long as OE is hold low until VDD and VCC become stable, then you don't have to meet the 200us requirement.
