Hi Raneel,

For EMI best practices, avoid impedance mismatches and bury the traces in an inner layer in the PCB layout. 

Adding ground pins in between differential pairs will help reduce crosstalk between different channels and could reduce current return path and therefore slightly impact EMI but ultimately, the speed is quite low, so it may not be necessary to do so in your use case.
