Hello, can you tell me what the max junction temperature rating is for this component and provide additional thermal resistance values beyond the junction to ambient value specified in the datasheet? I'm looking for junction to board or junction to case or junction to lead. Thank you.

Which package variant are you using (SOIC [D] or SOT-23 [DBV])?

Hi Dave,

Max junction temperature will be around 150C. Please see below for additional thermal metrics. Theta JC will be you junction to board resistance.

Result-Theta JC, top (standard datasheet value)	105.9
Result-Theta JB (standard datasheet value)	26.2
Result- Psi JT (standard datasheet value)	9.6
Result- Psi JB (standard datasheet value)	25.8
