I would like to get the maximum junction temperature spec for the part number SN65LVDM051QDQ1, if available. The datasheet only provides the maximum ambient temperature.

    Hi Ignacio, 

    We don't spec max junction temperature for this device. Instead, we provide a power dissipation rating table (below) showing how much power the device can dissipate at a given ambient temperature and package variant. Different packages will offer different thermal performance. With the being said, all of these rows suggest a max junction temperature of around 150C.
