There is Low speed and Full speed Active power consumption but no High speed Active power consumption. Do you have a value for high speed active power consumption?

The power consumption for HS mode is listed in section 6.5 of the datasheet:

We list power consumption for worst-case scenario for each rail. Consumption will be lower in any other scenario.

Hi Ryan,
You mean the power consumption could be 550mW+50mW=600mW for two repeaters? We've found this items but it is too huge comparing to competitors.
Would you measure High Speed Active - Two Repeater? HS is major for USB2 and customer want to compare with this value.

One thing to note is that the power consumption of the TUSB2E221 will not always be a consistent value. Depending on the TUSB2E221 settings and the activity on the USB bus, the power consumption will vary.
