For the TCA9803, I have the below requirements:
1. Four I2C slave devices (Four ICs: ADC IC, GPIO Exp IC, Video Encoder IC, MIPI-DSI to Parallel Converter IC)
2. Trace Length is 35 cm
3. Frequency = 400 kHz
For the TCA9803 I2C Level Shifter + Buffer IC, with 1.8k Pull ups on the input side. Only one ADC IC is detected. Other ICs are not detected. One time 2nd IC (Video Encoder IC) was also detected.
Can you please let me know if the pull up has to be changed to 4.7k?
Also, what should be the frequency of I2C (400kHz or do I need to increase the frequency to 1MHz)?
