Hello,

The customer is using DS250DF810EVM and has installed SIGCONARCHITE3-WRTE software. Then download the SIGCONARCHITECT-RETIMER-PROFILES installation package. But the DS250DF810EVM model is not included in the installation package. Please help provide it. Thanks.

The DS250DF810EVM uses SIGCONARCHITECT-WRTE — SigCon Architect With RTE v2.0.0.8. This version of the GUI can be found here. The DS250DF810EVM profile can be requested and downloaded here: https://www.ti.com/secureresources/DS250DF810-DESIGN

Hello,

I installed SIGCONARCHITE-WRTE - SigCon Architect With RTE v2.0.0.8 and DS250DF810EVM profile according to your method. But when opening the software, a dialog box pops up saying 'Cannot execute this VI. The full version of LabVIEW development system must be used to solve this error.' ... ". After clicking OK, the software cannot be opened. As shown in the following picture, please help solve it. Thank you.

Hi,

Usually this issue only occurs when the version of the GUI without RTE is downloaded. Is it possible that another version of the GUI is already on your platform? I would recommend deleting all version of SigCon Architect GUI currently downloaded, and then downloading SigCon Architect With RTE v2.0.0.8 again.

Hi,

Did you try the step I mentioned in the previous comment? The SigCon Architect Installer (without RTE) is recommended for users who already have LabVIEW RTE 2012 (or compatible) installed. This would be SigCon Architect v2.0.0.8.

Hello,

After updating the Microsoft system on my computer, I installed SigCon Architect with RTE v2.0.0.8 and DS250DF810EVM profile files. There will still be pop ups. Does this software have any requirements for the Microsoft system version?

Hi,

I uninstalled the application and all profiles and repeated the process again. Please ensure there are no previous version of the GUI or updated in your system. Here is what I downloaded:

1. SIGCONARCHITECT-WRTE — SigCon Architect With RTE v2.0.0.8 from this webpage

2. The DS250DF810 updater profile, from this folder. https://www.ti.com/secureresources/DS280DF810-DESIGN

It is named DS250DF810_Updater_v1p0p1p5.zip (zip)

Please let me know if you are able to successfully boot up the application.
