I've seen the same post on the TI forum. Is there a solution for this problem?
I have the same setup: STM32H573 + DP83825.
I have confirmed all straps are correct (by reading 0x467 and 0x468).
25MHz is present on XI.
50MHz clock is output by DP83825 on 50MHzOut/LED2.
The PHY establishes the link. The Link LED goes on and blinks when receiving packets.
Interrupts work, the firmware is notified.
Howerver, STM32 is not receiving anything. I checked the RXD0, RXD1 lines: all seems good, there are transitions when receiving packets. RX_CRS_DV does go high while receiving and then drops low.
Still, nothing is coming in the STM32 MCU.
Could you please help?
