Hi, TI expert

There is a function that allows the customer to display the PC screen on the LCD of the product (Iris recognition system) through USB 3.0, but there is a problem that the display data is disconnected depending on the cable length or host PC.
Therefore, I am considering a method to amplify the signals on the USB 3.0 SSTX+/- and SSRX+/- lines.

In this regard, please check if there are any cost-effective parts you can recommend.

    Hi,

    For 5Gbps operation we have the following solutions:

    USB Type-A connector:

    TUSB522p

    TUSB501

    USB Type-C connector:

    TUSB542

    TUSB546 (DP alt. mode)

    TUSB564 (DP alt. mode)

    I believe the TUSB522p would be the best fit for this system.
