DP83869HM: About Revision change (C=>D)

Part Number: DP83869HM

Hi experts,

DP83869HM datasheet (Rev. D), 10 Revision History shows “4-Level Strapping Mode 0 Rlo recommendation changed from 2.49k to OPEN”. However, it looks “2-Level Strap resistor Ration” is changed in Rev. D, not 4-Level. Which is correct?
