DS320PR410: Differential impedance of 100 ohms

Hi,

I have a technical question regarding the DS320PR410RNQR. The datasheet specifies a differential impedance of 100 ohms. However, the signal path from the Intel CPU through the slot to the PCIe riser card is designed for 80 ohms. Will using an 80-ohm impedance environment have any significant impact on the signal integrity or device performance?
