Hi,

I have a question about the forward data rate of UB935.

In this table, does it mean the forward data rate is controlled by the referenced clock in sync mode?

So the range is from 23x160=3680 to 26x160=4160 Mbps.

But the datasheet shows only up to 3.16 Gbps.

Is the data rate fixed or adjustable?

    Hi Ryan, 

    The forward channel rate will be determined by the reference clock in sync mode and is adjustable. The maximum CSI-2 bandwidth is 2.528Gbps due to the CSI-2 receiver on the serializer. I recommend confirming that revision C of the DS90UB935 is being reference as this datasheet update clarified forward channel rate is a maximum of 4.16Gbps rather than 3.16Gbps.
