TXS0102: TXS0102DCUR leakage application question

Hello Application Team:

We would like double check for the TXS0102DCUR, if VCCB is powered off, while VCCA is powered on and "EN = High"(OE pull high)

will there be any signal leakage or back-powering from A1/A2 side to B1/B2 side

happened?

Hi Roy,

This device supports the IOFF feature- the leakage at the I/Os will be limited by the IOFF spec in electrical Ch during this time:

Thank you for your feedback, so the IOFF feature is also including no matter OE pin enable or disable conditions just only need consider VCC is powered or not , am I correct ?

Hi Roy,

Yes that is correct. With OE enable/ disabled, that would be IOZ spec and not IOFF in the electrical ch.
