Hi Experts,

Quick question, are there any known material incompatibilities or application precautions if a conformal coating (e.g., acrylic, silicone, urethane) is applied over TCAN1472DRBRQ1 on assembly?

    Hi Marvin,

    None that I am aware of I.e., you may generally coat, but the risk is typically not “chemical attack on the IC" but rather, reliability and process interactions (CTE / modulus, thickness / bridging, residues, rework etc). Hence, would recommend to qualify per customer's assembly and mission profile, thanks.
