   We do have tool to program the OTP memory , but it is only for debug, not for production.

Is there any detailed information available regarding the programming?

What information you are interested? how to use the tool? or the OTP information?

TUSB4041 was already OTPed during TI  production test with default setting.

Specifically if non-volatile data be put into the TUSB4041I outside of TI production.

And if writing non-volatile data is possible outside of TI production

• via which interfaces can the information be written
• is it possible to read back the non-volatile data or to check if any data has been written by means of a checksum
• is it possible to prevent anyone from writing non-volatile data (via strapping pin, preprogramming OTP, …)
• is it possible to remove/reset the non-volatile data

basically , OTP is to update hub internal register  to configure the hub.

We have a list of register you can change , but other than register, you can not write any other data though OTP.

Since the communication is between USB, so anyone can develop similar tool to read/write OTP.

That information is available in the datasheet, but the vendor-defined USB device requests needed to set or read them is not.

Is is possible to get all the information regarding the vendor-defined USB device requests?

Vendor definded information can only done by external EEPROM. like VID/PID/Serial number.
