TCA6416A: Letter of Volatility Request

To whom it may concern,

I am reaching out on behalf of my employer to request a letter of volatility (LOV) for part TCA6416APWR. The LOV will be used to develop sanitization procedures for hardware which this part is installed on. Could you please provide an LOV for this part? If an LOV is not applicable because this part does NOT contain volatile OR non-volatile memory, can you confirm that?

    Hi James,

    Do you have an example document that you would be expecting for TCA6416A? 

    I believe this device has volatile memory, as it remembers register states only when power is enabled. Once power is off, the memory is reset back to its default state on power up.
