Hi Marco,
Yes you will need external termination for this device. You will need two 100Ohm resistors on each end of the bus (see below):

For DC biasing, you don't need to do anything extra to make the device operate normally if you are not AC-coupling. However, if you want to put the device in a failsafe state if it becomes disconnected and the A and B pin become floating, I would recommend using the Type 2 version of this device: SN65MLVD204AD. The transition region of a Type 2 device is shifted up, so when you have an open circuit and VID become 0V, the device will be in a defined LOW logic state. Otherwise, you would to add failsafe pullup and pulldown resistors to accomplish this.
