Hello,

I need the theta JC for ltc4301lims8#trpbf. The only value in the datasheet was theta JA = 200 C/W.

    Hi Tony,

    LTC4301 is an ADI part. I won't be able to comment too much here other than looking at the datasheet. 

    Are you asking about TCA4307? 

    Absolute maximum junction temperature is 130C for TCA4307.
