P82B715: Could I use 4 P82B715 to interface with two I2C DACs

The first, second, and fourth architectures look okay. I wouldn't recommend mixing P82B96 and P82B715 in the pair. 

Simplest solution is probably the fourth option. I2C is a multi-drop bus, so if you can have DAC1 and DAC2 on the same bus, this can save you an I2C port on your controller device.

I assume you are referring to the first solution: 

Instead of P82B715, replace these devices with P82B96's. 

The reasoning is the output vs. input voltage margin. 

For VOL on Sx/Sy, it is quite large: 

If you have a max output of 1V, this needs to be lower than the VIL of the second P82B96 connected to the MCU. See the VIT specs of the device. 

The max input voltage of VIT(max) = 0.7V for Sx/Sy. 

This means for an output of 1V, the logic low may not be understood by the second buffer. Thus any devices connected to the second P82B96 may not see a logic low.
