Hello, we've tried to order 1000pcs of THVD2419DR from your store, but there was a experimental/protype device waiver note at the end of the checkout process. Can we be sure we receive production ready devices? We are worried we will receive parts from your prototype stock that your colleague not recommended to use anywhere (https://e2e.ti.com/support/interface-group/interface/f/interface-forum/1563734/thvd2419-the-part-ma…). So we are the technical support and do not assist with the shipping/ordering of devices. Please reach out to our customer support center for this: https://www.ti.com/info/customer-support.html

But I can tell you what I do know. THVD2419 has been out for a while now so all "P" devices (which stands for prototype/preproduction) should be gone. You can visually check this on any of TI's ICs by visually looking at the IC or label. If the "P" is absent, then it is regular production material.

Thanks for your reply. Does that mean that if we receive these parts from you and they are labeled as prototypes we would be able to return and change them for production parts?
