ONET1131EC: Any alternatives for 1GbE SFP ICs?

Hello! I am trying to find parts for a 1GbE SFP, and from what I can see all the parts in your "Optical Networking ICs" category support 10GbE and up, but the description of the page mentions that 1GbE devices should exist as well. (Optical networking ICs | TI.com )

 

Do you have any full solution for making a 1GbE SFP?

    Hi Markus,

    ONET1130EC, ONET1130EP, and ONET1131EC can all be used for 1 GbE applications using CDR bypass.  These would help fulfill a laser driver and limiting amplifier.

    If you need a TIA, please check out the ONET85x1T devices.  These also work for 1 GbE.
