Our PCBA vendor recently informed us that their lead time to get the DP83848I was 270 days. We are in the process of verifying with our vendor why this lead time is so long and what can be done to shorten the lead time.
We must find an alternative device since we do not have any guarantee the lead time can be shortened.
After a seemingly thorough search, we were unable to find a pin-for-pin compatible device. The closest match was the DP83848C, which cannot be used due to the temperature grade.
We would like to confirm if there are any potential alternative devices that are pin-for-pin compatible that we may have missed.
