DP83867IR: unable to transmit data

Following the instruction in snla246c.pdf ( Application Note DP83867 Troubleshooting Guide ) 

 

Hi,

We got the MII loopback data correctly on our own HW 
but not able to transmit data in normal mode
Also when try to check digital loopback, we did  get any data back .

Do you have FAE to support in San Diego area?

    Please contact customer support for FAE support. 
    Could you describe the test procedures in detail?
    Could you also share the schematic of the board?
    Does the board link up with different link partners without any issue?
