Hello support team,
we are developing a circuit with a RS485 interface for high temperature application and for the SN65HVD11-HT the data sheet talks about 3 speed grades but only SN65HVD11 is visible. Is SN65HVD11-HT available with 210°C temp. and 32 Mbps ?

Hi Franz,
Yes this is available with 210 temp range. However, this transceiver range only operates up to 10Mbps. Please reference the table at the bottom of the SN65HVD11-HT product page. There it lists the variations of the device with the respective temperature range:
Otherwise, if you need an RS-485 transceiver with >32Mbps (half duplex, single channel), then the highest temperature we currently support is 125C.
