Please tell me about the TUSB320.
Is it possible to use it without utilizing I2C or GPIO for connecting to processors or other devices?
Also, if operation is possible without using I2C or GPIO, are there any requirements for handling the unused pins ?

Can you go into more detail on how the part is planned to be used? It may be better to use a TUSB321 here.

This will be used for switching between USB Type-C Device and Host modes. (DRP)
The maximum transfer speed is 480Mbps, so considering cost benefits, I consider the TUSB320* is the best choice. (It is also recommended by the supplier.)
However, since I want to use it without connecting to the processor, I would like to know how to handle the unused pins.

Hi,

The function of the TUSB320 is to determine the orientation of the USB Type-C connections, and do standard power negotiations.

It seems that in this application you will not need to know the orientation of the connection. Is this correct?

If the only purpose of the TUSB320 is to only negotiate power, then the pins ADDR, OUT1, OUT2, OUT3 can all be left as NC.
