TUSB8041: USB 2.0 Deduction

Hi,

I am facing an issue with USB 2.0 detection using the TUSB8041IRGCR part.

In Device Manager, the USB 2.0 device is detected, but it appears as “Unknown USB Device (Device Descriptor Request Failed)”.

How to rectify this issue?

is this a downstream port device? did you try different port?

It is an Upstream Port Device.

I used USB_DP_UP, USB_DM_UP for the communication to the laptop.

Did USB3 hub detect correctly?

Can you send schematic for review?

I used USB2.0 (VCC: S3_USB_VBUS, Data+: S3_Data+, Data-: S3_Data-, GND) alone for upstream.

Hi :

Do you have any by pass cap on 1.1v and 3.3v supply?

Can you send page 4 schematic ?

Can you take waveform for 1.1v , 3.3v and GRSTz?
