Hi team,

I would like to know if there is a reverese leakage path from RefA to RefB.

I configure RefB=3.3V and RefA=1.8V and in some use condition, RefB is not powered(=0V) while

RefA=1.8V is active.

In this case, is there reverse leakage path exist from RefA to RefB?

Hello,

For the first use case when RefB = 3.3V and RefA = 1.8V there will be no leakage path from RefA to RefB.

For the second use case when RefB is now 0V, there will also be no leakage path. If the recommendations for LSF schematics are followed, EN should be tied to RefB. Therefore, if RefB is 0V the device is powered off and will not have a leakage path from RefA to RefB.

Hi Nathan-san,

I realized I saw A1 to B1 leak path (body diode of pass FET?).

I pull up A1 to RefA=1.8V, B1 to RefB=3.3V.

When I disable 3.3V --> 0V, then there is a leak path from RefA --> A1 -->B1.

Is my understanding (body diode on A1 to B1), correct?
