TPSM84538: TPSM84538_Switching frequency setting

the datasheet has a switching frequency setting in table 6-3 Switching Frequency vs  Output Voltage,but is there any information on the switching frequency setting when using a +24V input?

Could you please tell me the appropriate value for the switching frequency when the input voltage is +24V and the output voltage is +3.3V?

    Hi,

    You can set the switching frequency with the help of RT/SYNC resistor pin.

    This device can work in RT mode as well as SYNC mode. If device will work in RT mode at that condition, you can set the switching frequency with the help of resistor.

    If device will work in synch mode, it means external sync clock, at that table 7.2 data will be valid, and you can select the switching frequency with respect to your output.

    So, you can use 24V input voltage and 3.3 output voltage with your desired frequency with RT mode.
