TCA9803: TCA9803 I2C Issue

We use TCA9803 to achieve I2C level shift from 3.3V(B side) to 1.2/1.8V(A side) ,however A side I2C waveform is abnormal,especially when there are fluctuations in the low-level state.Please help troubleshoot this issue,TKS. A SIDE DATA.png B SIDE DATA.png

Hi Zhen,

Do you have a block diagram showing all the connections on the A-side and B-side of this buffer? Any devices with rise-time accelerators in the schematic like TXS or TCA9416 / TCA9406?

Hi Zhen,

Does the TS5A3160 have pull-up resistors on the controller side and side 2?

This would interfere with the TCA9803 integrated current source on B-side.

Any protection devices on side 1 or 2 of the TS5A3160?

Any integrated pull-up resistors in the controller? What is the leakage specs of the controller?
