SN55LVCP22A-SP: IBIS model for SN55LVCP22A-SP

Thank you very much for the quick reply. We tried using this model to simulate and we are observing a voltage swing of +/- 600 mV as shown in the below attached image.

As per the datasheet, the maximum differential output voltage with 75 Ohm load is 475 mV.

1. There is no mention of differential output voltage with 100Ohm load. Please confirm what will be max differential output voltage with 100 Ohm load?

2. What will be the output current for this cross point switch for 100Ohm load ?

3. Please confirm if the IBIS model available is proper.

Please refer to the plot below for VOD vs RL:

Assuming typical operation conditions, output current for this device will be around 5mA.

How do you have your IBIS model connected? Are you measuring across a 100Ohm load?
