I am a consultant engineer performing a radiation hardness analysis of a system for our customer and they plan to use the TRS3122E. I am looking for any radiation (total dose, neutron/proton, nuclear dose rate, n-SEE, heavy ion SEE, proton SEE, x-ray, alpha, etc) information you may have or direct me to for this device or any similar device made on the same fabrication line. In addition, can you tell me what the exact feature size is for the device technology (Power BiCMOS). Is this the Seventh generation of the technology (0.25um)? used to manufacturer this device.
