Hi experts,

Regarding the revision history in the datasheet concerning the integrated resistors.

Does this indicate a documentation-only update (adding descriptions to the datasheet), or was there an actual hardware change where resistors were integrated into new production units?

If it is the latter, could you please clarify the Date Code threshold after which the components include these I/O integrated resistors?
