LMH1297: 12G SDI to TMDS converter solution

A customer wants to develop a monitor capable of processing 12G SDI signals.
The system must receive 12G SDI signals, convert them to HDMI signals, and process them.
While our company already has a monitor that displays 12G SDI signals using an FPGA, the model being developed requires converting 12G SDI to TMDS and connecting it to the existing monitor.

I would like to ask if there is a solution like Semtech's GS12170 or if it can be implemented with a combination of several chipsets from TI.

    Hi,

    SDI video pattern is single ended coax media and video frame format are quite different from HDMI TMDS signals. Unfortunately we do not have a solution in our product portfolio that can support this conversion. But you may able to use a FPGA to support this protocol conversion.
