Dear team,
Would you please let me know if AM26C31QDRG4 is fully certifiled to AEC-Q100 or not?
I check previous e2e thread, but it was not clearly answered. I referred to the link attached in it, and compared to AEC-Q100 qualified product (LM2903BQDRQ1 as an example.) The test items are same, except ESD CDM in the datasheet. LM2903 is tested per AEC-Q100-011, but AM26C31 is tested per JESD22-C101. I am not sure it can be alternate to AEC-Q100.
