How should I handle the unused CML inputs on the DS16EV5110A?

Is it possible to leave the unused CML (TMDS) differential input pairs floating (unconnected)?
Does the “–” pin require a pull‑down or pull‑up resistor?
If so, what resistor value should be used?
Does the “+” pin require a pull‑down or pull‑up resistor?
If so, what resistor value should be used?
