TUSB321: Current Mode

Hi Experts,

The datasheet states to use 500k resistor for 1.5A. However, I cannot find one.

What is the minimum and the maximum value that I can use for this? will 510k work?

Hi Marvin,

The 500KOhm resistor is meant to work with the internal PD on the CURRENT_MODE pin to help set the voltage to the mid-level input voltage:

If a 510KOhm resistor will allow the voltage going into the CURRENT_MODE pin to be within that mid-level range, it should be okay.
