ESD321: waveform characteristics

Part Number: ESD321

Hi team,

Regarding the waveform characteristics shown in Figures 5-3 and 5-4 (8kV IEC 61000-4-2 clamp voltage waveform, from I/O pin to GND) in the datasheet (p.6), do they vary significantly across the operating air temperature (TA) range (-40 to +125°C)?

For example, if these waveforms were measured at +25°C, how would the clamping voltage immediately after application (approximately 50V) and the decay voltage 50ns after application (approximately 7V) change at -40°C and +125°C?

Thank you.
