Hi Nishie-san,

This may be estimated using their respective IIL spec (R = V / IIL). I.e., TXD -200 to 20 uA implies 18k to 180k ohms, STB -20 to 2 uA estimates 180k to 1.8M ohms and SHDN -2 to 2 uA estimates 1.8 M ohms, thanks.
