ESD451: Replacement IC recommendation (ESD Diode)

Hello team,

Currently my customer is looking for a replacement IC for below devices.

Could you please share with me a suitable recommendation for below devices?

Would ESD451 be a good option (from cross-reference search)?

    Hi Jade,

    PESD5V0HS-SF best cross is ESD451DPLR. We have better ratings across surge pulses and ESD strikes. Our clamping voltage is a bit worse so please check downstream IC to see if it can handle it. Capacitance is also better in competitor device.

    PS05TBEL2D best cross is ESD451DPLR. We have better ratings across surge pulses and ESD strikes. Also our clamping voltage is slightly better. Competitor capacitance is slightly better.

    CESD0603UC5VB best cross is ESD451 DPLR. We have better ratings across surge pulses and ESD strikes. Competitor's clamping voltage is quite high making us a better option. Competitor capacitance is the best out of all the devices on the list.
