The application will operate between between an FPGA and SFP+ module operating at 10Gbe (10.3125 Gbps). The interface type can be 10GBase-KR/SFI. The application does not have to support link training.

Yes, the DS125DF111 would work for this application. The DS110DF111 could also be used.
