LSF0108-Q1: Problems with the use of LSF0108RKSR, TXS0104E, and SN74AXC8T245RJW

The two circuits in the attached file. The old circuit is that the MCU signal is converted to the image sensor end through the signals of LSF0108 and TXS0104E.
The new circuit is that the MCU signal is converted to the image sensor end through SN74AXCT8T245 and PCA9306 signals. The original old circuit was through FFC cable, and the imold_level_shift.pdf age sensor could operate.
Howenew_level_shift.pdf ver, when the wire was welded to the image sensor end later, it stopped functioning.
Therefore, it is suspected that it is a problem with the selection of levle shift. I would like to ask whether the selection of LSF0108 and TXS0104E on the old circuit is safe? Would it be better to switch to the SN74AXCT8T245 and PCA9306 on the new circuit?

    Please note that the AXC8T245 cannot support open-drain driver types. If your signals are this architecture type, that may explain the reasoning behind how only the old circuit works and concerns with the new circuit. I don't see a concern with using LSF0108 / TXS0104E combination, though please note that VOL levels can be shifted up due to both translators being passFET architecture based.
