Hi,

We are using DS90UB9702TRURRQ1 FPD link 4 deserializer we required ESD diode at tha FAKRA connector our vfeed voltage is 12V.

Hi,

For using an ESD diode at the connector with 12V, then ESD501-Q1 would be our best option. The typical capacitance is 0.3pF which may be too high for the fast speeds of FPD Link IV.

Hi,

For a 12V system, no we do not have another solution. For 3.3V and 5V with the ESD being between the AC coupling capacitor and IC, then we have TPD1E01B04DPY-Q1.
